La soddisfazione del cliente non è sicuramente una loro priorità: hanno svolto con pressappochismo il lavoro che gli ho affidato; nonostante facciano prezzi da tipografia, i colori delle stampe erano evidentemente troppo desaturate, ma nonostante le mie rimostranze non è stato fatto nessun tentativo per cercare di correggere il problema. A ciò si aggiunge un servizio di ritaglio davvero scadente (si vedano le foto allegate), che è pure stato pagato a parte con un supplemento di 1€. In tipografia e nei centri stampa non solo non viene fatto pagare il taglio... ma viene anche fatto bene.

Per il resto, servizio rapido e cordiale.
5 € for 5 pages printed in black and white and then scanned seems to me really excessive.
