★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location bellissima, buon servizio (solo un cameriere non era all'altezza: nell'aprire il vino, ne è uscita una parte e la bottiglia non è stata sostituita), cibo molto buono. Piatti particolari, per chi ama osare.
Beautiful location, good service (only one waiter was not up to par: when opening the wine, part of it came out and the bottle was not replaced), very good food. Special dishes, for those who love to dare.

Il dettaglio che salta all’occhio di chi entra in questo ristorante è la cura e l’amore che il personale ed i proprietari mettono nel loro lavoro e nel loro ristorante. Mi sono sentita a mio agio ed ho passato una serata in un ambiente veramente rilassante. Ovviamente il pezzo forte è Mario che a fine cena viene a scambiare due piacevoli chiacchere con i clienti al tavolo. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Excellent combination of traditional dishes and innovation. The detail that catches the eye of those who enter this restaurant is the care and love that the staff and owners put into their work and in their restaurant. I felt at ease and spent an evening in a truly relaxing environment. Obviously the highlight is Mario who comes to exchange a pleasant chat with the customers at the table at the end of the dinner. Excellent value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono tanti anni che andiamo da Mario. Siamo sempre rimasti soddisfatti. Ieri sera cena a tema per San Valentino. Il menù studiato nei minimi particolari è stata una sorpresa dietro l'altra. Ogni piatto era particolare e buono. Tutto curatissimo come sempre. E tutto lo staff non manca mai di gentilezza e attenxione per ogni cliente. Davvero bravi!
We have been going to Mario's for many years. We have always been satisfied. Last night themed dinner for Valentine's Day. The menu studied in detail was one surprise after another. Each dish was unique and good. All well-kept as always. And all the staff never lack of kindness and attention to each customer. Really good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un giudizio mediato tra esperienze contrastanti. La location veramente top e la scelta del menù intrigante. Il cibo però è stato top solo in alcuni piatti (es. Pancetta o filetto) mentre altri sono risultati più belli che saporiti. Niente di cattivo, tutto comunque buono, ma è sembrato un ristorante un po' pretenzioso, "vorrei ma non ci riesco del tutto". Le 3 stelle invece che 4 sono per il servizio. Il cameriere che ci ha serviti era un po' stressato ed ha fatto una serie di uscite non proprio eleganti, tipo servire prima gli uomini o usando alcune frasi eccessivamente sarcastiche.
A judgment mediated between conflicting experiences. The truly top location and the choice of the intriguing menu. The food, however, was top only in some dishes (eg bacon or fillet) while others were more beautiful than tasty. Nothing bad, all still good, but it felt like a bit pretentious restaurant, "I wish I could but I can't quite". The 3 stars instead of 4 are for the service. The waiter who served us was a little stressed out and made a series of not-so-elegant exits, like serving men first or using some overly sarcastic phrases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima esperienza culinaria, ripetuta dopo qualche anno ma come fu allora anche questa volta ci ha lasciati estasiati. Accoglienza romagnola come da tradizione accogliente e familiare. Piatti squisiti e abbinamenti prelibati. Carta dei vini ricca soprattutto di locali.
Location ben tenuta e durante questo periodo sapientemente adornata.
Da riprovare ancora.
Excellent culinary experience, repeated after a few years but as it was then also this time has left us delighted. Romagna hospitality as per the welcoming and familiar tradition. Exquisite dishes and delicious combinations. Wine list rich above all in locals.
