★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un posto con un fascino incredibile, antichi timbri in legno, un laboratorio in cui si respira arte, storia e mestiere! In più si può vedere all' interno un antichissimo e gigante mangano ( oltre 2 MT) mosso dal peso di una/due persone che salendo su questo mega ingranaggio pressano le fibre della stoffa e le stirano per una stampa ottimale. Davvero notevole. Se prenotate via mail o per telefono potete fissare una prova di stampa in loco, attività molto carina e veloce da fare anche con bimbi al seguito.
 A place with an incredible charm, ancient wooden stamps, a laboratory where you can breathe art, history and craft! In addition you can see inside a very ancient and giant manga (over 2 MT) moved by the weight of one / two people that climbing on this mega gear press the fibers of the fabric and iron them for an optimal print. Really remarkable. If you book by mail or by phone you can set up a proof print on site, a very nice and quick activity to do even with children in tow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vecchia stamperia attiva dal 1633 e a conduzione familiare. Si può vedere ancora l’unico esemplare al mondo di mangano, artigiani attivi che stampano ancora con le matrici in legno di una volta e con colori naturali.
Consigliatissimo per una visita con i bambini.
An old printing house active since 1633 and family-run. You can still see the only example in the world of mangle, active artisans who still print with the wooden matrices of the past and with natural colors.
Highly recommended for a visit with children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a national treasure, a one of a kind experience and what I love the most is that I have now the most beautiful tablecloth to remember it by. Yes, it’s from 1633 but it’s alive thanks to the remarkable craftsmanship and kindness of the Marchi family. A must!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw a documentary about Stamperia di Marchi and was amazed at the craftsmanship and their history and story. They are using a 5- ton wheel from 1633 operated by walking inside it. They print textiles by hand. The tools are ancient. So I found them on the internet and had to order something! They responded immediately. They custom made beautiful linens for us. We are absolutely amazed at their craftsmanship. Lara answered all my questions immediately and was superb at communication. The prices are very reasonable. They shipped our products within a couple weeks, beautifully wrapped.
This is a one-of-a-kind shop in this world. We are honored to have their linens in our home!?
