★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok this place is selling the best ever chickpea sandwich. We couldn’t believe how good that panino was. I think I would only want to go back to Livorno just to have a bite of that!
Make sure you ask the marinated eggplant to go with it! Very garlicky but spot on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had mine plain which was fine, but i felt it lacked taste or anything special- other than it was typical Livorno snack (perhaps i had it in other parts of Italy too)
Unique point is that the chickpea/garbanzo bean pizza is freshly baked by wood fire and served immediately, and sometimes the queue is really long.
No sign board so look for a long line, and the beady curtain door.
Think it is a nice snack to try between 2 people, and i think its vegetarian too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cinque e cinque! We were recommended this place for the best cinque e cinque in town. Delicious sandwich made from chickpeas. Had eggplant inside also. Our local guide in Livorno showed us this place and we loved it. Super authentic!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you haven’t had an eggplant/ceci panino, have you even been to Livorno, bro?! Not exaggerating when I say that sandwich was the highlight of our day trip. Just the absolute best flavors ever, DO NOT MISS the yummiest snack of your life! Super nice service as well.
