Già che appena entro mi vedo la carne imbustata e penso alla cura che hanno per il cibo. Cosa legittima. Ma l'hamburger era veramente bono. Lo dico con parole spicce e colloquiali
A partire dal pane che io non mangio mai di solito. Questo era morbido, fresco, fragrante, gustoso. Valeva proprio la pena. Ci torno per mangiare lo struzzo, che stasera non c'era.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carne ottima,panini enormi e ben conditi,peccato la mancanza di un bagno per clienti,anche perché dopo una o due birre non si può farla nei giardinetti, soprattutto una donna. Personale cordiale e colorito, come in buona tradizione livornese.

La cameriera di colore senza offesa indispensabile e maleducata. 3 di loro ho chiesto il sulaglas per il vino e nessuno é venuto e ho finito il vino caldo e mezz'ora con i piatti davanti e nessuno te li toglieva e la mia compagna ha lasciato la carne nel piatto immangiabile. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho mangiato un paio di volte in questa hamburgeria paninoteca e devo dire che la qualità delle carni è molto buona così come le salse.
Da provare la salsa maionese al pepe.
Servono sia panini schiacciatine ma anche piatti di carne con contorni, ottime le patate condite con le varie salse.
Si possono assaporare carni diverse come quella di struzzo, bufalo, Kobe, Fassona, ecc.
Il locale è abbastanza piccolo e ci sono un paio di tavolini all'esterno il personale è molto carino, gentile e veloce
L'apertura è fino alle ore 11 di sera escluso il lunedì, la domenica apertura solo serale

Molto divertente e soprattutto veloce, prendersi l’ordine da soli, ci viene consegnata carta e penna e con il menù in mano, scrivi ciò che desideri mangiare, una volta fatto lo consegni e in breve tempo mangi. Sembra veramente di essere da tuo cugino, ambiente semplice e familiare e i prodotti sono veramente buoni. Il prezzo è giusto. Devo ritornare ad assaggiare le tartaree, quelle che mangiavano i vicini di tavolo, erano molto invitanti. Complimenti.
Dopo un mese, siamo ritornati, abbiamo mangiato oltre ai panini anche la tartare, la mia opinione conferma quella della volta scorsa, si mangia bene, i prodotti sono di buona qualità e ci ritorneremo volentieri.
