Unica pecca: non mi sono sentita a mio agio;
Una delle dipendenti all'inizio molto carina, gentile e disponibile, mi fatto sentire fuori luogo, dicendomi che la mettevo in soggezione (e che non è bello fissare in modo prolungato), perché stavo guardando la preparazione di alcuni cocktail.
Mi dispiace per questo incoveninte, però se si è a lavorare al pubblico è normale che un cliente osservi il lavoro svolto dietro al banco

The only flaw: I didn't feel at ease;
One of the employees at the beginning very nice, kind and helpful, made me feel out of place, telling me that I put her in awe (and that it is not nice to fix in a prolonged way), because I was watching the preparation of some cocktails.
I am sorry for this incoveninte, but if you are working for the public it is normal for a customer to observe the work done behind the counter

Ottima la focaccia senza glutine rustica riscaldata é una meraviglia anche le brioches e i crackers/I grissini davvero buoni!
I have already ordered twice and I am fine! They ship on Tuesdays and the products are best left in storage to collect them intact and fresh the next day.
The heated rustic gluten-free focaccia is excellent, the brioches and crackers / the really good breadsticks are also a marvel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inside the Central market a tasty and friendly little bakery awaits the weary GF traveler with Golden milk and Beignets! A family affair, 3 siblings whose names combined make up the bakeries name, joined efforts for the one diagnosed with Celiac. I took a box of sweets to go and then headed to their restaurant for lunch! Delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Wish I could return.
