★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il banco 31 del mercato delle vettovaglie di Livorno è un punto vendita di prodotti gastronomici davvero di qualità eccellente.
Ho trovato alcune raffinatezze difficilmente reperibili in Italia.
Mi riferisco in particolare ad alcuni formaggi d'oltralpe, ad esempio il REBLOCHON stagionato, che in passato ho avuto difficoltà a trovare addirittura in Francia dove è prodotto.
Oltre a questo, il locale è veramente molto fornito anche di altri prodotti di altissima qualità: salumi, vini ed altro. Quello che traspare è una grandissima competenza che ha generato una meritata fama di punto vendita di prelibatezze, che ovviamente non possono avere anche il privilegio di un costo molto basso, ma naturalmente, com'è ovvio la qualità si paga.
Rimane comunque un luogo importante come riferimento per la gastronomia. A questo va aggiunto anche che il personale addetto alla vendita oltretutto è davvero cortese verso la clientela, mi sentito consigliare nella scelta dei miei acquisti in maniera competente, gentile e per niente invadente.
Impossibile non suggerirne la frequentazione.
