★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come perdere facilmente un cliente e non saperci fare...sono entrato in questo negozio per acquistare della frutta e per comprare della malvasia. Mi ha proposto una nota marca per fare un regalo e una malvasia di produzione locale (a suo dire) per il consumo personale. Ero tentato dall'acquisto e ho detto che sarei ripassato. Nel frattempo ho acquistato un melone (prezzato al peso a più di 4 € Kg) e due bottiglie d'acqua al costo di 1 € ciascuna. Da notare che un giorno prima le avevo acquistate in un altro negozio di alimentari vicino a 0,60 €.
Morale della favola: lui mi ha fregato 0,40 € a bottiglia per un totale di 0,80 € ma ha perso un cliente che avrebbe speso 35-40 € per la malvasia che (a causa della fregatura subita per l'acqua) ho ovviamente acquistato in un altro negozio.
Quando si dice il senso degli affari....
How to easily lose a customer and not know how to do it ... I entered this shop to buy fruit and buy malvasia. He offered me a well-known brand to make a gift and a locally produced malvasia (according to him) for personal consumption. I was tempted to buy and I said that I would go over. In the meantime, I purchased a melon (priced at a weight of over € 4 kg) and two bottles of water at a cost of € 1 each. Note that a day earlier I had bought them in another grocery store near € 0.60.
Moral of the story: he cheated me € 0.40 per bottle for a total of € 0.80 but lost a customer who would have spent € 35-40 for the malvasia that (due to the rip-off suffered for the water) I have obviously purchased in another shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pistachio pesto was not good at all. Its label by the way was with pen strikethroughs on the origin, a second label added.
They offer a non-labeled non-sealed (I wonder if it's even legal) Malvasia, small bottle is quite expensive, 20 euros. You can find it for at least half price if you ask other shops.
Unfortunately I didn't realize on the spot its cost since I bought other products all together. I ingeniously thought to go back two days later to ask for clarification and express my disappointment on the price-to-value. Well, I was treated so badly by the lady. Not even her colleagues of the other shops, selling more reasonable versions of the "custom" wine, were spared, labeled as cheaters. I honestly regret having been there.
