Qualità del cibo veramente eccezionale dall'antipasto fino al dolce.
Un plauso va a Bastiano che fornice informazioni esaudenti sul suo menù e si trattiene volentieri per due chiacchiere.
Una menzione onorevole va alla pasta veramente spettacolare, se ci andate prendetela!
Ci tornerò molto volentieri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che ci siamo stati in occasione di un evento di gruppo dove era previsto un menù limitato.
Tagliere misto per antipasto, fettuccine con sugo bianco di scottona e funghi, tagliata, tiramisù della casa.
TUTTO OTTIMO... Tutto spazzolato con succose scarpette.
E tutto servito con cortesia, gentilezza e simpatia.
Ci torneremo quanto prima per provare il normale menù alla carta... e siamo certi che ci andrà bene.
I state that we were there on the occasion of a group event where there was a limited menu.
Mixed platter for appetizer, fettuccine with scottona white sauce and mushrooms, tagliata, homemade tiramisu.
ALL GREAT ... All brushed with juicy shoes.
And all served with courtesy, kindness and sympathy.
We will be back as soon as possible to try the normal à la carte menu ... and we are sure it will suit us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ingredienti chilometro zero senza compromessi. Primi piatti che trasmettono la passione, l'attenzione e la cura di Bastiano per i sapori della sua terra. Una Carbonara da duri e puri con guanciale di Norcia. Una Gricia impreziosita con una vellutata di zucchine. La cucina italiana continua a sorprendere con i suoi piatti forti. Consigliatissimo.
Zero kilometer ingredients without compromise. First courses that convey Bastiano's passion, attention and care for the flavors of his land. A hard and pure Carbonara with Norcia pork cheek. A Gricia embellished with a cream of zucchini. Italian cuisine continues to surprise with its strong dishes. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica 17 ottobre 2021, dopo aver visitato Palazzo Farnese a Caprarola (VT) decidiamo di proseguire per Civita castellana poiché tutti i ristoranti erano pieni!!! Arrivati al centro di Civita ci imbattiamo in una piazza tempestata di tavolini piena di gente che pranzava, visto ciò cerchiamo subito un parcheggio, cosa difficilissima, però alla fine verso le 14,30 passate riusciamo a sederci...
Il proprietario Bastiano, praticamente l'idolo di Civita Castellana, ci accoglie in maniera molto semplice e schietta dicendo che per pranzare ci vuole molta pazienza poiché non si aspettava tutta quella gente...
Accettiamo il compromesso e attendiamo con fiducia dopo aver ordinato due sciocchezze!!!
Con sommo piacere invece ci rendiamo conto che dopo circa 15 minuti inizia a portare le prime cosette molto sfiziose, pane fritto con sugo e un bel mezzo litro di vino rosso...
Praticamente dopo circa mezz'ora arrivano i primi e che primi, gnocchi con gorgonzola e tartufo e fettuccine con radicchio noci e guanciale arrostito, roba da leccarsi le orecchie ?
Insomma una svolta, visto come si stava mettendo la giornata, una vera chicca, alle 15.20 circa eravamo al caffè e conto, circa 35 euro calcolando che i due primi erano extra menù...
Dopo il pranzetto niente male potevamo finalmente visitare a pancia piena il duomo e il forte San Gallo di Civita...

Arriving at the center of Civita we come across a square studded with tables full of people having lunch, seeing this we immediately look for a parking space, which is very difficult, but in the end, around 2.30 pm we manage to sit down ...
The owner Bastiano, practically the idol of Civita Castellana, welcomes us in a very simple and straightforward way saying that to have lunch we need a lot of patience because he did not expect all those people ...
We accept the compromise and look forward with confidence after ordering two trifles !!!
With great pleasure, however, we realize that after about 15 minutes it begins to bring the first very tasty things, fried bread with sauce and a good half liter of red wine ...
Practically after about half an hour the first courses arrive and that first, gnocchi with gorgonzola and truffle and fettuccine with radicchio, walnuts and roasted bacon, stuff to lick your ears ?
In short, a turning point, given how the day was going, a real gem, at about 15.20 we were at the coffee and bill, about 35 euros, calculating that the first two were extra menus ...
After the not bad lunch we could finally visit the cathedral and the fort San Gallo di Civita with a full stomach ...
