★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ore 10 del mattino ho telefonato ed ha risposto una segretaria molto gentile alla quale ho spiegato il mio problema e chiesto di prenotare un intervento (la caldaia non attaccava più né riscaldamento né sanitari) , ore 19.45 son venuti per l'intervento sostituendo il pezzo che creava il problema facendo tornare tutto alla normalità. Matteo ha risposto in tempi rapidi e con molta conoscenza della materia, mi ha spiegato per filo e per segno il funzionamento della caldaia e i relativi problemi che possono esserci con l'usura (normale) dei pezzi. Gentili, professionali e molto competenti. Consiglio vivamente. Grazie!
At 10 in the morning I phoned and answered a very kind secretary to whom I explained my problem and asked to book an intervention (the boiler no longer connected to the heating or sanitary ware), at 19.45 they came for the intervention by replacing the piece that it created the problem by making everything go back to normal. Matteo responded quickly and with a lot of knowledge of the subject, he explained to me in detail the operation of the boiler and the related problems that can occur with the (normal) wear of the pieces. Kind, professional and very competent. I highly recommend. Thanks!
