Molto accogliente, niente da dire . I had asked for info for the installation of a new air conditioner, first of all the reception lady is impatient, she replies with a high aggressive tone, and another one has hooked me on the call. Very welcoming, nothing to say.

Purtroppo non possono fare loro la certificazione di avvio dell'impianto e per questo hanno dovuto chiamare in causa la Varese Clima Not very fast, but they did an excellent job. F	Francesco Cinque on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato un climatizzatore da quasi 1500 euro: 1) Il giorno stesso dell'installazione mi tocca chiamare per avvisarli che perde acqua su tutto il muro. Non mi credono, mi tocca insistere per far uscire un ragazzo che effettua il lavoro di "riparazione". Poche ore dopo il problema si ripresenta, mi tocca aspettare ancora l'intervento di un altro. A questo punto il problema viene risolto 2) Il Daikin che mi hanno fornito semplicemente NON RAFFREDDA. L'ho fatto presente immediatamente e loro hanno detto che è "confort". Confort sarà stare bene, non sudare sotto ad un climatizzatore. Per giunta dovrebbe raffreddare tutta la casa, dato che si tratta di un 12000btu per un monolocale di 50mq. 3) A distanza di pochi anni dall'installazione, il clima è morto. Forse il gas si è scaricato, forse qualcosa si è rotto. Fatto sta che se il gas si fosse scaricato in soli 3-4 anni allora l'installazione è stata fatta male. 4) Chiamato per chiedere informazioni per l'aggiunta del modulo wifi sul mio clima "mi dia il numero le farò sapere". Mai risentiti 5) Mi sono presentato in negozio chiedendo come potessi ordinare un porta telecomando da muro, dato che il mio cane ne ha fatto un sol boccone. Mi hanno guardato come fossi un alieno, una richiesta impossibile. Infatti non è stato fatto assolutamente nulla di proattivo per cercare una soluzione. Mi spiace, ci ho messo 4 anni a mettere questa recensione.. ma penso sia assolutamente meritata e riconfermata nel tempo. In addition it should cool the whole house, since it is a 12000btu for a 50sqm studio apartment. 3) A few years after installation, the climate is dead. Perhaps the gas has discharged, perhaps something has broken. The fact is that if the gas was discharged in just 3-4 years then the installation was badly done. 4) Called to request information for adding the wifi module on my climate "give me the number I'll let you know". Never resentful 5) I showed up in the store asking how I could order a wall-mounted remote control door, as my dog took one bite. They looked at me like an alien, an impossible request. In fact, absolutely nothing proactive was done to find a solution. I'm sorry, it took me 4 years to put this review .. but I think it's absolutely deserved and reconfirmed over time.

v	vincenzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' stata richiesta un'assistenza per perdita acqua dalla caldaia; i tecnici intervenuti hanno comunicato che il problema era un tubo che doveva essere sostituito con una spesa di 300€, ma, essendo la caldaia vecchia, si consigliava la sostituzione con un esborso di 2.500€ circa. Pagato 50€ .... per uscita. Chiamata altra assistenza e sostituito valvola di sicurezza 3bar (15,00€): spesa totale 50,00€. Ora la caldaia funziona perfettamente. Assistance was requested for water leaks from the boiler; the technicians who attended communicated that the problem was a pipe that had to be replaced at a cost of € 300, but, as the boiler was old, it was recommended that it be replaced with an outlay of approximately € 2,500. Paid € 50 .... per exit. Call for other assistance and 3bar safety valve replaced (€ 15.00): total cost € 50.00. Now the boiler works perfectly.
