Molto competenti, corretti e sicuramente pubblicizzati dai propri clienti.... Se lo meritano. Complimenti sinceri I live in Modena, I bought a scott spark from the boys in exchange for my bike, and I must say excellent impact on the phone, and even better live in their shop. Very competent, correct and certainly advertised by their customers .... They deserve it. Sincere congratulations

Ho portato a riparare una bici (non comprata da loro) e mi hanno detto che in 3-4 giorni sarebbe stata pronta. Dopo due settimane (senza mai una chiamata da parte loro) sono andato a riprenderla (ancora da fare) e in poche parole mi hanno fatto capire che i “lavoretti da 50-100€” non gli interessano. Capisco la difficoltà del momento nel reperire i ricambi ma una chiamata o un sorriso non costa nulla. Mi è stato detto “Sono 10 anni che faccio questo lavoro, non vieni te ad insegnarmi come si fa”. (Montebelluna) I would give 6 stars for the shop itself, top brands, locations, etc., I would give 0 for the staff, or at least the guy who welcomes you. I took a bike for repair (not bought by them) and they told me it would be ready in 3-4 days. After two weeks (without ever a call from them) I went to pick it up (still to be done) and in a nutshell they made me understand that the "jobs from 50-100 €" do not interest them. I understand the difficulty of the moment in finding spare parts but a call or a smile costs nothing. I was told “I've been doing this job for 10 years, don't you come and teach me how to do it”.

I proprietari sono molto cortesi e disponibili. Consiglio vivamente il negozio non solo per comprare ma anche per eventuali riparazioni. I took my bike's inner tube to be changed after a puncture and found a great deal of availability. The owners are very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend the shop not only to buy but also for any repairs.

Prima volta ieri in questo negozio, per chiedere informazioni sull’eventuale acquisto di una gravel. First time yesterday in this shop, to ask for information on the possible purchase of a gravel. More than positive impression, Riccardo who welcomed us was very courteous and helpful in response to various questions. So much so that we return to the Montebelluna shop. Good guys and thanks ?
