★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato una cube aim ex. Cortesi e disponibili per dare informazioni e durante l'acquisto. Decisamente sbrigativi alla consegna: un minimo di regolazioni con il cliente per vedere la seduta e gonfiaggio gomme e controllare il cambio andrebbe fatta.
 Purchased a cube aim ex. Courteous and available to give information and during the purchase. Definitely hurry on delivery: a minimum of adjustments with the customer to see the seat and tire inflation and check the change should be made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non abbiamo mai visitato il negozio ma abbiamo comprato da Roma una mtb Trek per nostro figlio che è arrivata proprio oggi. All'inizio avevamo scelto un'altra mtb ma purtroppo la consegna continuava a slittare a causa delle difficoltà di questo periodo. Quindi dobbiamo assolutamente ringraziare Marco che ci ha seguiti rispondendo alle nostre mail in tempi rapidissimi e dandoci delle soluzioni alternative affinché nostro figlio potesse avere una bici per l'estate. We never visited the shop but we bought a Trek mtb from Rome for our son which arrived just today. At the beginning we had chosen another mtb but unfortunately the delivery continued to slip due to the difficulties of this period. So we absolutely have to thank Marco who followed us by answering our emails very quickly and giving us alternative solutions so that our son could have a bike for the summer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravi e ben organizzati. Finalmente Cussigh ha aperto a Trieste una filiale del negozio di Udine. Hanno le bici Cube, Cannondale, e altri tra i migliori marchi di bici e ebike. La migliore scelta di accessori a Trieste e magazzino ricambi ben fornito a Udine. Officina efficiente e competente. Non è in centro città ma in zona industriale hanno un grande spazio espositivo.
Good and well organized. Finally Cussigh has opened a branch of the Udine store in Trieste. They have Cube, Cannondale, and other top bike and ebike brands. The best choice of accessories in Trieste and well-stocked spare parts warehouse in Udine. Efficient and competent workshop. It is not in the city center but in the industrial area they have a large exhibition space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto io Nn cultore esperto ciclismo.. ma solo avventore occasionale, che ha dovuto scegliere un regalo tra alcuni modelli base.
È evidente altissima qualità articoli esposti come pari competenza personale. Indubbiamente un luogo di Riferimento x il settore in città.
Ciò che Nn adeguato, sono le modalità - Maleducazione "totalmente gratuita" di uno dei (credo 2) titolari che vi si alternano. Che amarezza, e che peccato davvero !!
I state I am not an expert cycling enthusiast .. but only an occasional customer, who had to choose a gift from some basic models.
It is evident very high quality items displayed as equal personal competence. Undoubtedly a reference point for the sector in the city.
What is not adequate, are the modalities - "totally free" rudeness of one of the (I think 2) owners who take turns. What bitterness, and what a pity indeed !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ringrazio i ragazzi di Cussigh Bike Trieste per avermi seguito nell'acquisto della mia nuova cube analog 2022 e per avermi aiutato a poche settimane di distanza dal ritiro: si era sregolato il cambio e se inserivi l'ultimo rapporto in alto la catena usciva verso la ruota.
Me l'hanno registrato al volo sul momento e non hanno voluto nulla . . . pensavo di dovergliela lasciare e tornarla a ritirare e invece in 5 minuti me l'hanno restituita perfettamente regolata . . . hanno approfittato del momento anche per una registrata alle pinze dei freni e ai serraggi del telaio (mi hanno detto: "dopo i primi chilometri è comunque un controllo che va fatto")

I thank the guys of Cussigh Bike Trieste for following me in the purchase of my new cube analog 2022 and for helping me a few weeks after the withdrawal: the gearbox was out of order and if you inserted the last gear at the top the chain went out towards the wheel.
They recorded it on the fly on the spot and didn't want anything. . . I thought I had to leave it and return it to pick it up, but in 5 minutes they returned it to me perfectly adjusted. . . they also took advantage of the moment for a recording on the brake calipers and the frame tightening (they told me: "after the first few kilometers it is still a check that must be done")

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to browse new bikes but they didn't really seem particularly interested in my custom. The only info I got on the potential bike for my daughter was the weight, and then they walked off to continue their chat together. Maybe my mistake going in 15 minutes before they close... but then why advertise the shop as "open" until 7pm, if it is only "half" open (i.e. the doors are not physically locked, but they have no interest to serve you).
