★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there with an awful pain in my back that didn't let me walk, lay or sit without crying and they let me waiting for about 4 hours!!!! No information given... at the end i ask them to give me a pain killer and instead of a prescription i was given a piece of paper with the name that the pharmacist wouldn't accept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible system, no order in reception of pronto Socorro, people dying in pain and doctors don’t do anything. More than 5 hours waiting & nothing. If you are willing to help people don’t study medicine. Worst hospital ever, even compared México standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a harrowing experience here. My girlfriend fell off one of those rental electric scooters and cut her lip badly. Went to the emergency room at this hospital at around 11pm and the staff were terribly rude, no one spoke English, there were stretchers with patients who were groaning and throwing up, the building was poorly lit and poorly ventilated, no staff seemed to care. Eventually, a nurse hurriedly cleaned the wound and sent us away with no further suggestions.. we are trying to find another hospital to get a second opinion but it seems like Rome has a horrible health system.
