In secondo luogo, un libro ordinato (e pagato) di prima mano mi è stato consegnato stropicciato e piegato nella sua parte inferiore, sia la copertina che tutte le pagine del libro a seguire. Contestando semplicemente la noncuranza che era stata riservata al mio prodotto, sono stata trattata freddamente e liquidata come se fosse irrilevante la mia critica. Il libro, se è pagato a pieno prezzo, deve essere consegnato privo di orecchie nelle pagine, al di là della questione estetica.
First of all, the staff could be friendlier, especially with young customers. Secondly, a first-hand ordered (and paid for) book was delivered to me crumpled and folded at the bottom, both the cover and all the pages of the book to follow. Simply contesting the carelessness that had been reserved for my product, I was treated coldly and dismissed as if my criticism was irrelevant. The book, if it is paid in full, must be delivered without ears in the pages, beyond the aesthetic question.
