β β β β β La signora alla cassa Γ¨ stata davvero molto scortese permettendosi di dirmi la seguente frase: "iniziamo a fare i conti" (aveva forse paura di non pagassi?!). Ho dovuto attendere circa 20 minuti l'arrivo di un altro commesso per aiutare la signora (rimasta sola a gestire il reparto) al piano di sopra (per intenderci, dove vendono i libri per l'accesso ai concorsi e per i test d'ingresso) a prendere il mappamondo che ho acquistato per un regalo e che tra l'altro mi Γ¨ stato impacchettato in maniera a dir poco indecente dalla signora scortese alla cassa(peccato non aver fatto la foto a testimonianza). L'unica nota positiva Γ¨ stata la signora al piano di sopra che ci ha aiutato nell'acquisto dandoci il suo prezioso consiglio. Non verremo piΓΉ.
 The lady at the cashier was really very rude allowing me to say the following sentence: "let's start to do the math" (was she afraid of not paying ?!). I had to wait about 20 minutes for another clerk to arrive to help the lady (left alone to manage the department) upstairs (to be clear, where they sell the books for access to the competitions and for the entrance tests ) to take the globe that I bought for a gift and which among other things was packaged in an indecent way by the rude lady at the cash desk (too bad I didn't take the photo as a testimony). The only positive note was the lady upstairs who helped us with the purchase by giving us her precious advice. We will not come anymore.

β β β β β Da qualche anno servizio libri scolastici PESSIMOooo. Ho prenotato i libri per mia figlia a luglio 2021 ad oggi la bambina Γ¨ sprovvista di una parte di libri.Da quello che ho capito avevano perso la prenotazione. Ogni settimana spendo soldi per fare le fotocopie a colori da libro versione e-book. Ho giΓ raggiunto il costo dei libri completi. L'insegnante di mia figlia ha chiamato la casa editrice che le ha risposto che avevano rifornito tutte le librerie che avevano effettuato l'ordine compresa Cavallotto. Cosa sarΓ accaduto ai libri di mia figlia???.Non si scusano e non si scompongono. Inoltre non rispondono neanche al telefono. Al danno la beffa. Devi scomodarti e andare di presenza a farti dire che i libri non sono arrivati perchΓ© anche se che con il codice puoi verificare sul loro sito ,ti illudi che magari siano arrivati e nonsiano arrivati loro ad aggiornare il sito. Per me Cavallotto cancellato!
For some years I have been serving school books PESSIMOooo. I booked the books for my daughter in July 2021 to date the little girl is out of part of the books and from what I understand they had lost the reservation. Every week I spend money making color photocopies from an e-book version. I have already reached the cost of the complete books. My daughter's teacher called the publishing house which replied that they had stocked all the bookstores that had placed the order including Cavallotto. What happened to my daughter's books ?? ? They don't apologize and don't get upset. They also don't even answer the phone. Insult to injury. You have to bother and go in attendance to be told that the books have not arrived because even if you can check on their site with the code, you are under the illusion that maybe they have arrived and they have not arrived to update the site. For me Cavallotto canceled!
