Prima di fare l'ordine ho chiesto dettagli sui tempi di consegna e sono stata rassicurata che al massimo in una settimana avrei avuto tutti i libri.
Oggi è il 26 settembre, sono passati oltre 10 giorni dalla data dell'ordine ma i libri ancora non sono arrivati.
Ho provato più volte a chiamare per informazioni ma non rispondono mai al telefono.

I ordered the textbooks for my daughter who is in the 5th grade on September 13th.
Before placing the order, I asked for details on delivery times and was reassured that I would have all the books within a week.
Today is September 26th, more than 10 days have passed since the order date but the books have not yet arrived.
I have tried several times to call for information but they never answer the phone.

Sono disponibili, trovo cortesia, mi danno mille idee e soluzioni e trovo anche libri scolastici usati in ottimissime condizioni inoltre hanno un'ottima accoglienza e sono puntuali nell'apertura. Aprono forse prima di molte altre e questo, negli anni, mi è stato molto utile.
I've been using them for years and wouldn't trade them for anyone else. They are available, I find courtesy, they give me a thousand ideas and solutions and I also find used school books in excellent condition, they also have an excellent welcome and are punctual in opening. Perhaps they open earlier than many others and this has been very useful to me over the years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prorietari gentili, preparati, disponibili. Grandissimo assortimento di libri. Si trovano libri particolari, antichi e di avanguardia. Bella e affascinante la struttura che si estende in profondità come una galleria della letteratura in pieno centro storico. Andrebbe valorizzata con tavoli nel cortile esterno che si presta alla cornice culturale del contesto.
Kind, prepared, helpful owners. Huge assortment of books. There are particular, ancient and avant-garde books. Beautiful and fascinating the structure that extends deep like a literature gallery in the historic center. It should be enhanced with tables in the outdoor courtyard that lends itself to the cultural setting of the context.
