★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che vergogna! Per 7.90 € si sono giocati la faccia;non comperate mai cd o dvd o altro senza averli prima provati davanti a loro, perché se sono guasti non ve li cambieranno. Brutta esperienza!!!
What a shame! For € 7.90 they fought their faces; never buy CDs or DVDs or anything else without having first tried them in front of them, because if they are broken they will not change them. Bad experience!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La storia si ripete, comprato un disco in vinile sigillato, aperto a casa e rilevati notevoli segni di usuro anomali. Riporto il giorno stesso l'articolo in negozio con tanto di scontrino, sono stato accusato di averlo cambiato a casa con uno usato, tutto questo per 18 euro. Da cliente abituale che ha speso molte centinaia di euro in dischi nel suddetto negozio sono allibito. Oltre il danno la beffa il titolare persona molto maleducata ha iniziato ad inveire contro me e sbattendo continuamente il disco preso dal nervosismo. Ovviamente non mi vedranno mai più. Poi co chiediamo perché la gente compra online. Zero tutela del cliente. Ma come vedo è un fatto già accaduto in passato ad altre persone.
History repeats itself, bought a sealed vinyl record, opened it at home and found significant signs of abnormal wear. The same day I bring the article back to the shop with a lot of receipt, I was accused of having changed it at home with a used one, all this for 18 euros. As a regular customer who has spent several hundred euros on records in the aforementioned shop, I am appalled. Beyond the insult the owner very rude person started to rail against me and continually banging the record taken by the nervousness. Of course they will never see me again. Then we co ask why people buy online. Zero customer protection. But as I see it is something that has already happened to other people in the past.
