Nonostante la mia richiesta della modifica di numero del passaporto avvenuta un minuto dopo l'invio della documentazione e nonostante la chiamata da parte loro per la conferma dei dati due ore dopo, alla fine mi è stato spedito il visto con numero sbagliato e pure con tentativi di cancellazione su di esso. Ho inviato subito le foto del visto dove indubbiamente si presentano le correzioni non avvenuti bene (molto difficile non notare su un modulo verde!), più l'orario della mail conferma ordine visto (9.57) e della mia chiamata (9.58) alla responsabile ma mi è stato proposto acquistare un nuovo visto o andare con quello scorretto. Magari non sanno che in Italia la modifica di un documento ufficiale comporta un reato penale?..Vergogna!!!!!!!!!
 Experience required embarrassing visa. Despite my request for a change in the passport number that occurred one minute after sending the documentation and despite the call from them to confirm the data two hours later, in the end I was sent the visa with the wrong number and also with attempts of cancellation on it. I immediately sent the photos of the visa where undoubtedly the corrections that did not occur well are presented (very difficult not to notice on a green form!), Plus the time of the order confirmation email (9.57) and my call (9.58) to the manager but I was offered to buy a new visa or go with the wrong one. Maybe they don't know that in Italy the modification of an official document involves a criminal offense? .. Shame !!!!!!!!!
