★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo pagato la manutenzione annua per anni e poi ci siamo ritrovati con il montascale non funzionante e la mamma ottantenne che per tornare a casa è stata letteralmente portata in braccio dai vigili del fuoco (santi) perché questi ci hanno risposto che non era responsabilità loro se il montascale non funzionava e che non sarebbero intervenuti perché la chiamata era fuori orario...lascio a chi legge di trarre le conclusioni.
We paid the annual maintenance for years and then we found ourselves with the stairlift not working and the mother in her eighties who was literally carried by the firefighters (saints) to go home because they replied that it was not their responsibility if the stairlift was not working and they would not have intervened because the call was out of hours ... I leave it to the reader to draw conclusions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera. Non voglio polemizzare. Il montascale è sempre in posizione di ricarica. Inoltre è stato installato perché mia madre è invalida. Io ho chiamato alle 20,30 spiegandole il problema e lei il giorno dopo ha inviato la disdetta con grande professionalità e umanità (non so neanche se contrattualmente possibile) Tuttavia ad oggi non abbiamo risolto il problema nonostante le puntuali manutenzioni fatte nel tempo. E per un disabile è un grosso problema.
Good evening. I don't want to argue. The stairlift is always in the charging position. It was also installed because my mother is disabled. I called at 20.30 explaining the problem and the next day she sent the cancellation with great professionalism and humanity (I don't even know if contractually possible) However, to date we have not solved the problem despite the timely maintenance done over time. And for a disabled person it is a big problem.
