★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gestione on line per consultare gli esami di laboratorio é confuso e pretenzioso. Basterebbe usare il fascicolo sanitario regionale e non inventarsi portali proprietari che non si é in grado di gestire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esperienza negativa ,ho prenotato risonanza 3 mesi fa ,vado il giorno stabilito e mi dicono che non posso farla perché la loro risonanza non é compatibile con la parte che dovevo analizzare. Così ora devo cercare da altra parte ,impossibile .
negative experience, I booked resonance 3 months ago, I go on the appointed day and they tell me that I cannot do it because their resonance is not compatible with the part I had to analyze. So now I have to look elsewhere, impossible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza personale è estremamente positiva: tutto il personale gentile e disponibile, dalle ragazze all'ingresso fino agli operatori sanitari con cui ho avuto a che fare.
Tolgo due stelle perché, in fase di prenotazione, una signora tramite mail mi aveva risposto che l'esame a cui avrei dovuto sottopormi sarebbe stato disponibile addirittura l'anno prossimo se fossi andato tramite SSN (a pagamento ovviamente lo avrebbero fatto immediatamente). Prenotando sul sito invece sono riuscito a trovare un posto disponibile dopo un mese scarso. In soldoni sembra che l'addetta abbia provato spudoratamente a spingere affinché mi decidessi per l'esame a pagamento.
My personal experience is extremely positive: all the kind and helpful staff, from the girls at the entrance to the health workers I have dealt with.
I take away two stars because, during the booking phase, a lady by email replied that the exam I would have to undergo would be available even next year if I had gone through the SSN (for a fee of course they would have done it immediately). By booking on the site, however, I was able to find an available place after a poor month. In a nutshell it seems that the employee has shamelessly tried to push for me to decide for the paid exam.

Sicuramente è il centro a cui fare riferimento per una diagnostica efficiente e in tempi brevi.
Professionalism, availability and courtesy, both in terms of hospitality and for the professionals I contacted for examinations or medical visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rimbalzato da una settimana all'altra per un ecodoppler, poi richiesta scaduta e alla fine mi viene risposto: il medico non ha ancora aperto le agende di luglio ( prima volta era maggio e poi giugno) perche' NON SA QUANDO AVRA' LE FERIE !!!!!! Pero' in privato il posto c'e'. Vergognoso!!!! Mao piu' da AFFIDEA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella per le segretarie, sicuramente almeno per una di loro. Prenoto risonanza privata x telefono, mi presento e mi dicono che non era segnata... niente scuse per l'errore commesso e nemmeno prova a cercare d inserirmi .
Un'altra volta analizza la ricetta e per una mancanza da nulla(con la stessa in ospedale non hanno fatto storie) mi rimanda dal medico di base per aggiungere una sigla.
Il massimo delle stelle invece per la cordialità delle infermiere dei prelievi che sono gentili e competenti (frettolosa e poco interessata solo l infermiera che fa ecg). Professionali e preparati i medici delle ecografie e ecocardio.
