Lui gentilissimo e professionale, infermiera simpatica e disponibilissima. Il medico è stato scortese e impertinente e, ha messo molto a disagio me e la paziente, e piuttosto scocciato continuava a rimarcare il fatto che sarebbe potuta andare all'asl prima, e sottolineando l'incompetenza dei medici che avevano visto mia cognata, e i metodi poco efficaci con cui avrebbe agito la sanità pubblica poi. Non mi sarei aspettata di trascorrere 20 minuti così fastidiosi in un luogo in cui l'attenzione al paziente dovrebbe essere uno degli obiettivi principali. Molto delusa.
