Prenotando un intervento ho dovuto aspettare i comodi del "dottore " circa 40 minuti dopo x nn parlare della professionalità ... In più pago x subire tutto ciò! Mai più!!! To reset everything !!! Perfetta la gestione delle norme Covid che portano a una gestione del servizio richiesto (tampone ed esami del sangue) veloce e sicura ! Dopo aver prenotato con largo anticipo tampone Covid che mi serve per accedere a delle cure mediche vengo a sapere tramite mia nipote che i laboratori sono chiusi. Ad oggi non ho ricevuto da loro nessuna comunicazione ufficiale e se non lo avessi saputo mi sarei vista negare l'accesso alle terapie. Aggiungo che non è possibile contattare il Centro in nessun modo (non rispondono mai) se non presentarsi fisicamente. Questi signori sono gli stessi che gestiscono la casa di riposo di Roncaglia e putroppo anche li è stata per mia madre una tragica esperienza costata la bellezza di oltre 3000€ al mese. Doni mi ha ricevuta con mezz'ora di ritardo e nonostante gli avessi descritto i miei sintomi e le mie preoccupazioni a riguardo, si è limitato alla mera esecuzione dell'esame che avevo prenotato, senza fornire un'ipotesi diagnostica alla mia sintomatologia e/o ulteriori esami da eseguire. Inoltre, considerando la delicatezza dell'esame, non mi ha messo a mio agio, non mi ha ascoltata e non si è premurato di rassicurarmi. Sono stata io ad incalzarlo con domande alle quali ha risposto in maniera sbrigativa. Non consiglio per niente! Bad reception regarding the staff at the reception.
