The room was big and the mattress soft but the front desk staff called me a liar when bringing something to their attention. The restaurant was about 3 staff short while the hotel was very full.

I appreciate the cleanness of the property during the COVID Pandemic, but stronger measures should be enforced such as signs of social distancing, limited lift access, and limited seating capacity at the breakfast room. It’s a different time now.

Pros: - Great location close to the motorway and with plenty of parking space. Ideal if you travel by car and desire to avoid the expensive hotels in Venice area. - Excellent room amenities as expected at Crowne Plaza - Good breakfast arrangement with waiter serving you. You have plenty of choices both savoury and sweet. - Great TV, large and with crisp quality image Cons: - Room carpet need urgent refurbishment. The room is clean and the overall experience is good. The stain spot on the carpet ruin both atmosphere and mood (well, if you do not look down, you do not feel anything). - WiFi is close to awful. Signal is neither strong nor steady. I do not know if it is because of the room position but it does not matter. Nowadays is an essential feature for business and leisure stays. Much better in the breakfast hall though but that is not enough. I hope the management will fix this soon. Obviously, if you have data connection available from your operator, this does not apply.
P	Prestige Villas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location for the motorway. Friendly and helpful staff. Safe underground parking. Our dog was made to feel very comfortable. Our only criticism is the bar area and restaurant lighting is far too bright and does not give a pleasant ambience to the eyes. Otherwise it was excellent.

The parking lot is big and for free, next to the hotel is a gas station, which are really good points for people like us, who drives. The room is really comfortable, it’s pretty quiet. And I really like the big bathtub. The shower is also nice. The food is not bad. But it has still disappointed me a little bit, because I saw the points of the food here in the internet really high, so I booked this hotel originally because of the food. And it hasn’t reached my high expectations. There’s two points that I think can be proved at the breakfast: 1. The choices for the breakfast could be a bit more and change a bit from day to day? 2. For against Covid-19, the guests can’t pick their buffet by themselves, but there’s no walking directions at the long table which offers the buffet. So the guests wait randomly at a place in front of this table. And the only waitress ( which is the most common situation) for the buffet can’t figure out, who’s the next guest that she should serve, nor the guests themselves.

We travel a lot and usually stay at intercontinental and crown plaza, but I have never seen a 4 star hotel in this mess!!! I strongly suggest to avoid this hotel in padova, Italy. I hope the board of directors take this criticism seriously and do something about it!

So, happy to cancel the other hotel, great welcome on check in, great food in the hotel restaurant, breakfast restrictions in place due covid but breakfast was enjoyable with a double espresso. Would recommend this hotel, very enjoyable.
