Good resort style golf w quite wide fareways (but needs straight tee shots), good through the greens and reasonable bunkering which can be avoided w right positioning and large greens behind. Blue course greens were cored despite the proshop telling us this was why we couldnt play the yellow course ?! but no problem, the blue was nice if a little harder tbh needing to keep the driver in the bag and lots of raised and tight greens. Was concerned that there would be a log jam at the start of the second 9 as you can only book a tee time for the first 9 but everything worked out fine. The course sits in the landscape beautifully, golf as far as you can see. Perhaps a little like a mini Augusta? Certainly reminiscent of Celtic Manor in Wales may be too. Nice club house. Would definitely play this course again.
