Con costanza, si vedono dopo poco i risultati sia fisicamente sia a livello di performance. Ambiente fantastico, come una seconda casa, non lo cambierei con nessun altro box! Consigliatissimo! Very nice box, prepared coaches, stimulating, they push you to give your best, not to give up to overcome your limits! With constancy, results are seen shortly after, both physically and in terms of performance. Fantastic environment, like a second home, I wouldn't trade it with any other box! Highly recommended!

Istruttori preparatissimi, molto qualificati, professionali e simpatici, che ti seguono con attenzione e che spiegano esercizi e movimenti in modo semplice ed efficace. Classi per tutti, per chi si approccia ora a questo sport e per chi pratica Crossfit da tempo. Si può praticare anche Yoga, con un insegnante, Jessica, davvero molto preparata. Spazi molto ampi e attrezzatura disponibile in numero adeguato per consentire l'allenamento ad un congruo numero di utenti. Parcheggi vicini e stazione di Lomazzo praticamente appiccicata alla struttura, quindi comodissima da raggiungere in tutti i modi. Consigliatissima! Wonderful box, in a truly unique location. Vi si aprirà l'ambiente di un box di Crossfit curatissimo e particolare nella sua collocazione all'interno della vecchia fabbrica Somaini. Ma veniamo alle cose importanti: strumenti perfetti, spazi adatti anche per classi abbondanti, docce sempre pulite e, in questo periodo, tutti i passaggi necessari per garantire la prevenzione dal Covid (entrata e uscita separate, amuchina ovunque, controllo di temperatura all'ingresso, etc.). La cosa migliore sono comunque i Coatch: preparatissimi, simpatici, sempre a disposizione per spiegare ed aiutare... E ovviamente super in forma :D Insomma, cinque stelle deluxe!! Le vetrate che danno sull'ingresso illuminano il box che è ampio e con spazi ben studiati. I coach con cui mi sono allenata mi sono piaciuti moltissimo. Wod ovviamente devastante ?...ma il crossfit è superare i propri limiti....sempre ? A beautiful and well equipped box but above all particular because it is located underground .... and it is gorgeous !!! The windows overlooking the entrance illuminate the box which is large and with well-designed spaces. I liked the coaches I trained with very much. Wod obviously devastating ? ... but crossfit is about exceeding one's limits .... always ?

Potrei iniziare con l’elogiarne i coach perché Gianlu, Jey, Gweedo e Matti sono davvero pazzeschi a livello professionale: trasmettono la voglia di allenarsi e mettersi in gioco con simpatia ed entusiasmo; correggono i nostri errori con impegno e dedizione. É vero che dico di odiarli ad ogni WOD, ma in realtà li adoro. Poi potrei descriverne la struttura architettonica particolare o l’attrezzatura... ma sarebbe riduttivo. CrossFit Six Feet Under è molto di più per me... È speciale perché mi permette di affrontare e superare i miei limiti. È fondamentale perché, anche dopo una brutta giornata, entro in questo box e ne esco sfinita, ma sorridente. Ogni WOD è diventato un modo per scaricare le tensioni. É importante perché la comunità di #ANTstoppable che la popola é diventata una grande famiglia, dove il rispetto reciproco, l’alleanza e la positività fanno da fondamenta. Ognuno porta il proprio vissuto, il proprio carattere e la propria esperienza. Crossfit Six Feet under é molto più di un box per me ormai... É il mio box! Ci sono le classi normali di crossfit e anche di ginnastica, weightlifting e yoga. Tutto lo staff, a partire dai coach fino alla direzione, sono competenti disponibili e gentili.
