Il proprietario, Mauro, è una persona preparata ed estremamente professionale con i clienti, sempre con il sorriso e con un consiglio da darti per migliorare il tuo allenamento. Affiancato da Marco, un personal trainer eccellente, sempre aggiornato e formato a 360 gradi e Davide, un ragazzo giovane e davvero ben preparato. Le loro capacità unite insieme danno al cliente la certezza di avere un allenamento EFFICACE !!! Capaci di suggerire l'esercizio migliore PER TE, ma soprattutto in grado di far comprendere ai clienti IL PERCHÉ di una loro decisione. La struttura è certamente definibile con la frase "vecchia scuola", dove non si da molta importanza ad appagare l'occhio con macchine all'avanguardia, ma si pensa al duro lavoro, l'unica via per ottenere risultati. Presenti svariati corsi all'interno della palestra. Cercate un posto dove poter essere seguiti, allenarvi seriamente e trovare un prezzo più che vantaggioso ? BENE, VENITE QUI !!! Unbeatable for the service offered and the asking price. Present in the Giussano area for many years. I have personally known them for over 12 years. The owner, Mauro, is a trained and extremely professional person with customers, always with a smile and with advice to give you to improve your training. Flanked by Marco, an excellent personal trainer, always updated and fully trained and Davide, a young and really well prepared guy. Their capabilities combined together give the client the certainty of having an EFFECTIVE workout !!! Able to suggest the best exercise FOR YOU, but above all able to make customers understand THE WHY of their decision. The structure is certainly definable with the phrase "old school", where it is not given much importance to please the eye with cutting-edge machines, but one thinks of hard work, the only way to obtain results. There are several courses inside the gym. Are you looking for a place where you can be followed, train seriously and find a more than advantageous price? WELL, COME HERE !!!

È aperto anche di sabato e domenica dalle 10 alle 12 e dalle 15 alle 18, cosa importante per chi ha la settimana piena. In alcuni periodi è possibile comprare l abbonamento annuale a prezzo notevolmente agevolato. L'unica pecca è il lunedì che spesso è più affollato. Consiglio vivamente per chi vive in zona. Great place to train especially in peace. The tools are practically almost all duplicated and therefore, it does not happen that you have to alternate. It is also open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 to 12 and from 15 to 18, which is important for those with a full week. In some periods it is possible to buy the annual pass at a significantly reduced price. The only flaw is Mondays which are often more crowded. Highly recommend for anyone living in the area.
