★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fruito del servizio di trasporto in ambulanza di Croce Medica Italiana (solo con i soccorritori, quindi senza medico o infermiere) dal Policlinico Tor Vergata alla mia abitazione, fuori GRA, percorso di 45 km. Concordato telefonicamente un prezzo di 120 euro. All'arrivo a casa mi vengono chiesti 250 euro; faccio notare che si era concordato un prezzo diverso. Sentiamo gli uffici e mi dicono che è impossibile; per venirmi incontro mi fanno lo sconto a 220 euro.
Il giorno successivo devo usufruire del trasporto in senso inverso, ovviamente con un'altra ambulanza privata: chiesti 150 euro, pagati 150 euro.
Se proprio volete avvalervi di Croce Medica Italiana, fatevi fare un preventivo scritto o registrate la telefonata.
I used the ambulance transport service of Croce Medica Italiana (only with rescuers, therefore without a doctor or nurse) from the Tor Vergata Polyclinic to my home, outside the GRA, 45 km route. A price of 120 euros has been agreed by telephone. Upon arriving home I am asked for 250 euros; I point out that a different price was agreed. We hear the offices and they tell me it's impossible; to meet me they give me a discount of 220 euros.
The next day I have to take advantage of the transport in the opposite direction, obviously with another private ambulance: 150 euros asked, 150 euros paid.
If you really want to make use of the Italian Medical Cross, get a written quote or record the phone call.

Il prezzo contenuto e sempre nei limiti di quanto concordato.
I have had the need several times to use an ambulance to transfer my mother from home to hospital or between hospitals and the service has always been excellent, the professionally trained staff attentive, polite and punctual. The low price is always within the limits of what has been agreed.
