★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizzato ieri il Servizio di trasporto da Ospedale a casa per una persona anziana, obesa ed allettata. I mezzi sono abbastanza nuovi e puliti, il personale professionale e premuroso. Il prezzo (110,00 €) per un tragitto di circa 6 Km, si è rivelato congruo, considerando che hanno preso in carico la persona invalida di oltre 100 Kg dal letto dell'ospedale e l'hanno sistemata nel letto di casa. Oggi abbiamo chiesto l'Assistenza Infermieristica Domiciliare per la stessa persona, affetta da piaga da decubito. Ci hanno messo in contatto con un'infermiera molto valida, che oltre ad aver fatto la medicazione, ha fornito importanti suggerimenti per evitare altri decubiti e trattare una micosi del cavo orale che non avevamo notato.
Insomma, servizio davvero ineccepibile.

The price (€ 110.00) for a journey of about 6 km, proved to be reasonable, considering that they took charge of the disabled person of over 100 kg from the hospital bed and placed him in the bed at home. Today we asked for Home Nursing Care for the same person suffering from pressure sore. They put us in contact with a very good nurse, who in addition to having done the dressing, provided important tips to avoid further decubitus and treat a mycosis of the oral cavity that we had not noticed.
In short, truly flawless service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato il biglietto da visita presso l'ospedale S. Eugenio e ho usufruito del servizio per il trasporto a casa, (5,3 km) di mia madre, anziana, non deambulante e malata di demenza senile. Il giorno prima delle dimissioni è risultata positiva al Covid e quindi avvisando del cambiamento il prezzo è cambiato da 150 euro a 250 euro e va bene ci può stare, avevo scrupolosamente fatto presente che per casa mia bisognava salire 2 piani di scale senza ascensore con spazi molto stretti e che il lettino non sarebbe passato era necessario un telo trasporta paziente e 2 persone pratiche e robuste, hanno invece optato per una sedia ortopedica. All'arrivo mi sono trovata due operatori che erano già stressati, nervosi, scorbutici, frettolosi e che per più di una volta mi hanno risposto con toni e maniere decisamente poco consone nonchè maleducate, quando hanno visto le scale sono rimasti impietriti non erano stati avvisati e le mie raccomandazioni all'atto della prenotazione non erano servite a niente, hanno gestito malissimo la situazione, hanno faticato e mia madre che sulla sedia aveva la schiena e la testa che pendeva da una parte ha sbattuto la fronte e il capo a un angolo della parete e ora ha un livido e un bozzo sulla fronte e un taglio sulla testa.
