Anche la Spa offre al cliente il meritato relax dopo una giornata sugli sci Beautiful location in the heart of Terminillo just a few steps from the lifts. C	Claudia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capodanno pessimo. Mi aspettavo grandi cose dall'hotel Cristallo di Terminillo, ma appena arrivata mi sono accorta che era cambiata la gestione. Ora io non mi aspettavo chissà cosa dal cenone di capodanno, perché si sa che se si vuole mangiare bene, di certo non accade in queste serate particolari. Ma non mangiare affatto mi sembra esagerato. L'antipasto comprendeva cinque portate, io ne ho ricevute tre e questo vale anche per i tavoli vicini (quindi penso che proprio non sono usciti dalla cucina gli altri due antipasti), i secondi erano due e ne ho ricevuto uno solo (le lenticchie erano il secondo mancante. Le lenticchie. A capodanno! Neanche l'ombra). I primi sono arrivati entrambi, ma per quanto riguarda la "carbonara al tartufo" alcune persone (quelle che sono state servite per prime) hanno ricevuto gli spaghetti, io dopo circa 40 minuti se non di più, ho ricevuto i "capellini" (spaghetti finissimi) scotti. Non so come sia possibile finire la pasta in una serata in cui il numero delle persone è previsto con largo anticipo e il menu è fisso. Proprio non lo so. Parecchie persone hanno iniziato a lamentarsi e sono andate via. Può accadere a tutti di sbagliare per carità ma per lo meno sarebbe stato gradito ricevere le scuse da parte del personale, tutto qui. Now I didn't expect who knows what from the New Year's Eve dinner, because you know that if you want to eat well, it certainly doesn't happen on these special evenings. But not eating at all seems exaggerated to me. The appetizer included five courses, I received three and this also applies to the neighboring tables (so I think the other two appetizers did not come out of the kitchen), the main courses were two and I only received one (the lentils were the second missing. Lentils. New Year's Eve! Not even the shadow). The first ones both arrived, but as regards the "carbonara with truffle" some people (those who were served first) received the spaghetti, I after about 40 minutes if not more, I received the "capellini" (spaghetti very fine) overcooked. I don't know how it is possible to finish pasta on an evening when the number of people is expected well in advance and the menu is fixed. I do not really know. Several people started complaining and left. It can happen to everyone to make a mistake for charity but at least it would have been appreciated to receive an apology from the staff, that's all.

Ho avuto la fortuna di partecipare alla ricostruzione di questo hotel troppo malandato per tenere il passo con altre strutture. Di lavoro ce n'è e sicuramente ci vorrà tempo ma il posto vale veramente la pena. Situato in cima al monte Terminillo è paesaggisticamente parlando stupendo. Ad un passo dalle piste di sci e da svariati sentieri per fare belle camminate. Struttura grande con una spa fantastica e selle aree relax strepitose. Bar e sala cinema molto belle. Le stanze sono un po' anziane ma accoglienti. Del cibo non posso parlare perché non ho potuto assaggiare nulla. Ma la cucina reatina è stata sempre al top. Ottimo posto per rilassarsi. Visitatelo. The glorious Hotel Cristallo in Terminillo reopens after two years of inactivity on New Year 2016. I was lucky enough to participate in the rebuilding of this run-down hotel to keep up with other facilities. There is work and certainly it will take time but the place is really worth it. Located at the top of Mount Terminillo, it is landscape-speaking gorgeous. One step away from the ski slopes and various paths for beautiful walks. Large facility with a fantastic spa and amazing relaxation areas. Very nice bar and cinema room. The rooms are a bit old but cozy. I can't talk about the food because I couldn't taste anything. But the Rieti cuisine has always been at the top. Great place to hang out. Visit it.

Il ristorante lascia a desiderare, il cibo è buono ma ci dovrebbe essere più organizzazione. Ottima posizione! Giudizio tutto sommato positivo! Disponibile il direttore! Massaggiatrice a dir poco Super! Beautiful hotel, should be taken care of a little more, especially the bathrooms, too bad! The staff is very kind, especially Alessia! M	Mr Jack Production on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'hotel ha un ottima posizione molto vicino agli impianti, ha una spa invidiabile nel circondario, le stanze sono calde, ma bisognerebbe lavorare Un po' più sulla pulizia. Il cibo è ottimo anche se per telefono ci hanno detto che il menù era alla carta, mentre al ns arrivo, c'era un menù fisso di 18 euro. Premettendo che il prezzo non è male per il menu offerto, ho chiesto più volte il prezzario del menu alla carta ma mi è stato dato il quarto giorno... sono stati sempre un po' evasivi su questo conoscendo la storia di questo hotel da prima di ottobre 2017 con personale burbero e poco accogliente, devo dire al contrario con questa nuova gestione siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e attenzione, a parte la questione del cibo e ribadisco di prestare Maggiore attenzione alla pulizia delle camere. Suggerirei di inserire un sottofondo piano bar che nel contesto non sta male anche per animare le serate degli occupanti e magari di tenere aperto il bar! fondamentale in un Hotel 4 stelle... sotto lo stabile c'è il Pub Cristallo, anche se è un'ottima idea una famiglia con bambini forse gradirebbe stare davanti ai divanetti del bar sorseggiando una bella cioccolata calda e giocando a qualche gioco di società... nel complesso siamo stati trattati bene e coccolati dal nuovo personale di questo hotel che sicuramente migliorerà di stagione in stagione The hotel has a great location very close to the lifts, has an enviable spa in the district, the rooms are warm, but should work a bit 'more about the cleaning.
