La tartare di manzo battuta a mano con mayonnaise speziata home made è da ristorante stellato! Excellent cuisine in spite of the incomprehensible and misleading name! The hand-beaten beef tartare with home made spiced mayonnaise is from a starred restaurant!

Calici e posate sporche, menù non si sa che ci sta, vino prima caldo poi freddo.. .. .. .. mascherina a mo' di sciarpetta!! Bah non tornerei troppo volentieri. 3 stars of encouragement. The kitchen is saved .. the service is not. Dirty glasses and cutlery, no one knows what the menu is, first hot then cold wine .. .. .. .. mask like a scarf !! Bah I wouldn't go back too willingly.

La cucina è super buona e la cameriera Alessandra decisamente divertente. Sicuramente è stata una bella serata. Tornerò sicuramente. I booked at this restaurant through the fork and differently from what I read in these reviews, the discount was applied with a receipt confirming what was done. The food is super good and the waitress Alessandra is very funny. It was certainly a nice evening. I will definitely be back.

Se riuscite a fare una fuga dalla città durante l'anno, lasciatevi travolgere dalla vista di montagne, foreste e valli prenotando un tavolo per pranzo o cena (consiglio di soffermarvi con pernottamento presso il loro albergo per godere al meglio la fuga). Troverete il padrone di casa Roy (eh già, non si tratta di un classico chef italiano ma, di un uomo con la valigia piena delle sue scoperte ed esperienze multiculturali), con la divisa dello Chef e un sorriso grande pronto ad accogliervi e farvi vivere un'esperienza culinaria a base di genuini piatti (assolutamente abbondanti e molto invitanti). Tutti preparati con prodotti della zona ed accompagnati da una buona bottiglia di vino. Consigliatissima la tartare battuta a mano, lascia senza parole già al primo assaggio. Le papille gustative vi ringrazieranno. Impiattamento e estetica del piatto è un'altro punto a suo favore, un bravo cuoco non può dimenticare questo fattore al momento della preparazione. L'ospitalità e la gentilezza non si ferma soltanto sulla sua presenza ma, anche sulla Barlady, bravissima a preparare i cocktail da gustare come il dopo cena, e sa consigliare gli abbinamenti dei piatti durante la cena. Super consigliato!! Ristorante al Monte di Terminillo is the discovery of the tastes and freshness of the woods. If you manage to make an escape from the city during the year, let yourself be overwhelmed by the view of mountains, forests and valleys by booking a table for lunch or dinner (I recommend staying overnight at their hotel to make the most of the escape). You will find the host Roy (yes, he is not a classic Italian chef but, a man with a suitcase full of his multicultural discoveries and experiences), with the Chef's uniform and a big smile ready to welcome you and make you live a culinary experience based on genuine dishes (absolutely abundant and very inviting). All prepared with local products and accompanied by a good bottle of wine. The hand-beaten tartare is highly recommended, it leaves you speechless at the first taste. The taste buds will thank you. Plating and aesthetics of the dish is another point in its favor, a good cook cannot forget this factor when preparing it. The hospitality and kindness does not stop only on its presence but also on the Barlady, very good at preparing cocktails to be enjoyed as after dinner, and knows how to recommend the combinations of dishes during dinner. Super recommended !!
