β β β β β First of all the room I was given had a single bed that was extremely small, at a pretty high rate for the accommodation. Secondly, the room was extremely hot and not possible to set the temperature. Also, toiletries (shampoo, soaps...) were extremely small and barely enough for a shower a day. Finally, even though there are always plenty of people at the reception, the service is pretty sub standards for a supposedly 4 stars hotel. I was also given wrong information about the bus timing, resulting in missing the bus and subsequently the train. This is not a 4 stars hotel by international standards. Only the prices are... not recommended.

β β β β β Thi hotel is undergoing a renovation: some services like gym, pool or garden are not 100% functional yet. The cuisine is very good, the rooms are large and comfortable. As for other hotels in the area, the best experience is offered in peak holiday season.

β β β β β Environment and rooms are beautiful. The club with live music is excellent.
Food was fine, but breakfasts could be much better. There were no vegetables at all.
Staff was very friendly.
But the wellness is a joke and there was cold everywhere except the restaurant.
