★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando andate in banca per un mutuo chiedete anche qual è la società di perizie a cui si appoggiano e se vi rispondono CRIF cambiate strada. Perizia errata, non rispondono da settimane a mail e solleciti inviati dalla banca per la correzione, pratica bloccata e rogito a rischio. Professionalità zero.
When you go to the bank for a mortgage, also ask which is the appraisal company they rely on and if they answer CRIF, change direction. Incorrect appraisal, for weeks they have not responded to e-mails and reminders sent by the bank for correction, blocked practice and deed at risk. Zero professionalism.

Tempi di attesa infiniti! Dopo oltre 40 giorni non abbiamo ancora l'esito della perizia. State alla larga da questa società! Prima di chiedere un mutuo chiedete di che società si avvalgono per fare la perizia se vi dicono Crif cambiate banca!
Extremely bad experience!
Endless waiting times! After more than 40 days we still do not have the result of the appraisal. Stay away from this company! Before asking for a mortgage, ask which company they use to do the appraisal if they tell you Crif change bank!
