t	tania prima3 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fare una recensione negativa non é mai una bella cosa e avrei evitato di farla ma mi sono sentita molto presa in giro dal comportamento di questa agenzia, partiamo da un appartamento a cui ero interessata (parliamo di acquisto) vado a visitarlo per poi tornarci nuovamente con i miei genitori, facciamo un’offerta di acquisto fiduciosi di avere un responso da parte dell’agenzia (che non arriva) richiamiamo per chiedere informazioni (nel frattempo sono passate 2 settimane) ci viene detto che il proprietario resta fermo con la sua proposta e che ci avrebbero fatto sapere qualora ci fossero stati sviluppi, passano diversi giorni e non abbiamo notizie finché richiamiamo e ci sentiamo dire che l’appartamento é stato venduto ad un altro offerente, intanto mi domando se sia vero ma qualora cosí fosse rimarrei davvero stupita dalla mancanza di professionalitá visto che quando una casa é in trattativa solitamente non si propongono altri offerenti! Il tutto ovviamente lo siamo venuti a sapere solo perché abbiamo chiamato noi, da chi vanta esperienza in questo campo da diversi anni non mi sarei aspettata un tale modus operandi! Doing a negative review is never a good thing and I would have avoided doing it but I felt very mocked by the behavior of this agency, we start from an apartment I was interested in (let's talk about purchase) I go to visit it and then come back again with my parents, we make a purchase offer confident of having a response from the agency (which does not arrive) we call back to ask for information (in the meantime 2 weeks have passed) we are told that the owner remains firm with his proposal and who would have let us know if there had been any developments, several days pass and we have no news until we call back and we are told that the apartment has been sold to another bidder, in the meantime I wonder if this is true but if so I would be really amazed by lack of professionalism since when a house is in negotiation usually no other bidders are proposed! Of course, we only learned of everything because we called, from those who have had experience in this field for several years I would not have expected such a modus operandi!

Molto gentili Lucrezia e il Sig. Ci ‘accoglie’ l’agente immobiliare con un un “questa è la casa, guardate pure da soli”. E resta tutto il tempo al telefono. La casa era comunque bella ed eravamo interessati ad avanzare una proposta ma ci han detto che c’era già una trattativa in corso. Dopo una settimana rivediamo l’annuncio online, gli riscrivo e mi propongono un nuovo appuntamento. Gli faccio presente che lo abbiamo già visto e vorremmo avanzare la proposta, mi rispondono che hanno una trattativa in corso. Preciso che siamo una coppia con due tempi indeterminati. Mi sono sentito preso in giro, sia per la modalità della visita sia per la poca serietà dimostrata. We visited a house (visit fixed for 5 couples at the same time). The real estate agent greets us with a "this is the house, take a look for yourself". And all the time remains on the phone. The house was still beautiful and we were interested in making a proposal but we were told that there was already a negotiation underway. After a week we review the online ad, write it again and propose me a new appointment. I would like to point out that we have already seen it and we would like to make the proposal, they tell me that they have an ongoing negotiation. I specify that we are a couple with two indefinite periods. I felt made fun of, both for the modality of the visit and for the lack of seriousness shown.
