Chiamati una volta per un problema dopo una settimana dalla riparazione di una porta del garage hanno accampato scuse, poi non si sono fatti più sentire, poi si sono fatti sentire dopo molti mesi, ma avevo già risolto. Hanno perso un cliente per un problema che alla fine era minimo ma che avrebbero dovuto risolvere in garanzia. Poco professionali
Good service that I requested several times over the years. Called once for a problem a week after repairing a garage door they made excuses, then they didn't hear each other anymore, then they made themselves heard after many months, but I had already solved. They lost a customer due to a problem that was minimal in the end but that they should have solved under warranty. Unprofessional
