★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri chiamo per chiedere assistenza,dopo aver fatto notare i miei orari lavorativi al "gentil" signore che mi ha risposto,invece di venirmi incontro e trovare un accordo ha minacciato di rianganciare il telefono. Dopo 20 min di chiamata mi attiva l'assistenza per oggi ma.....sono 2 ore che aspetto e nessuno si vede e nessuno chiama...gran serietà!!!
 Yesterday I call to ask for assistance, after having pointed out my working hours to the "kind" gentleman who answered me, instead of coming to meet me and finding an agreement, he threatened to hang up the phone. After 20 minutes of calling I activate the assistance for today but ..... I have been waiting for 2 hours and no one sees and no one calls ... great seriousness !!!

Quick enough to respond and intervene, very good service. The only small drawback for me, the closing on Saturday morning.

Excellent service! I needed a replacement for my Nordica Extraflame pellet stove and at my telephone request I was immediately put in contact with one of their technicians who was working not far from my house and who had the piece I needed with him ... In a nutshell, in a few hours they solved a big problem with my minimum effort!
