★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal mese di marzo di quest' anno, li ho chiamati due volte in quanto il mio abituale manutentore non mi rispondeva al telefono. Sono intervenuti e hanno sostituito vari pezzi di ricambio ogni volta, la caldaia sembrava funzionare bene, ma dopo pochi giorni la perdita d' acqua ed il blocco della stessa si sono ripetute, come non fosse stato fatto niente. Soldi buttati. Perché non mi hanno detto subito che era meglio sostituirla?
Since March of this year, I have called them twice as my usual maintenance technician did not answer the phone. They intervened and replaced various spare parts each time, the boiler seemed to work well, but after a few days the loss of water and the blockage of the same repeated, as if nothing had been done. Money down the drain. Why didn't they tell me right away that it was better to replace it?

Absolutely unprofessional 3 times they gave me an appointment (2 in a house 1 in another). Three times they did not show up. Instead of apologizing, the owner told me it was my fault because I had to confirm (?? ????)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installato caldaia a condensazione Ariston matis30 in agosto 2018, dopo la periodica manutenzione di dicembre 2021, la suddetta caldaia non erogava acqua sanitaria con riscaldamento acceso. La su indicata Klimasystem sostituiva in data 25 febbraio 2022 gli elettrodi di accensione praticamente nuovi con una spesa di 88 euro. Problema ovviamente non risolto e successivamente l'azienda proponeva di cambiare anche la scheda elettronica della caldaia per 270 euro e manodopera a parte. Tali tentativi tutti a spese del cliente.....lascio ai lettori le RELATIVE CONSIDERAZIONI SULLA PROFESSIONALITA' DELLA KLIMASYSTEM....

The aforementioned Klimasystem replaced the practically new ignition electrodes on 25 February 2022 at a cost of 88 euros.
