Ho un mantra , in primis il pozzetto per i gusti del gelato .
Ho poi delle regole, non si deve sciogliere alla velocità della luce , ci devono essere gusti basici e non sofisticazioni
Ci sono poi i gusti reali con ricette dove sono solito a chiedere il cono di un solo gusto, come l’altro giorno nel gusto con mandorle tostate e amaretto.
Chi era con me invece due gusti di frutta con fragole e fragoline con pesca
A parte uno scontro iniziale per via della necessità di utilizzare il bagno per lavarsi le mani , con una dipendente poi comunque risolto , capisco che con il fatto della festa e con qualche incivile in giro gli altri subiscono.
La responsabile ha risolto alla grande tanto é che le avevo chiesto se fosse lei la titolare

Tutto esaurito : Il gelato non si può produrre buono in enormi quantitativi spesso alcuni gusti sono formule di incastro molecolare(non spaventarsi con questo termine anche la lievitazione é un concetto molecolare)e ieri era finito quasi tutto
Ma devo ammettere,quello che ho provato era molto buono anche la frutta era da un buon voto anche se io sono di più per le creme e le noci (pistacchio,mandorla,noce)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gelati buonissimi, cremosi, gusti particolari e per nulla stucchevoli. Una delle gelaterie più buone non solo di Loano, ma anche dell'intera provincia di Savona. Non si capisce perché non abbiano un account TripAdvisor, come gli omologhi punti vendita di Imperia e Alassio.
Peccato perché, in questo modo, il punto vendita di Loano risulta poco visibile e conosciuto. Meglio per noi, c'è più gelato e tavolini sempre disponibili ?
Delicious, creamy ice creams, special flavors and not at all cloying. One of the best ice cream parlors not only in Loano, but also in the entire province of Savona. It's not clear why they don't have a TripAdvisor account, like their counterparts in Imperia and Alassio.
Too bad because, in this way, the Loano store is not very visible and well known. Better for us, there is more ice cream and tables always available ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's say it like this, my Japanese girlfriend loves icecream. She said this was her favorite store in Italy. Now when she visits me this summer in Germany, we make a trip to italy and this store is on our list. Basically japanese and german people make a pilgrimage to this store :-D
