★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gelateria molto frequentata,tavolini esterni sulla passeggiata lungomare di loano.tantissima scelta tra i gusti di gelato.ha nel menù una vasta scelta di coppe gelato di vario tipo,ne abbiamo provate tre,la coppa love,sissi e la banana split.non sono curatissime come coppe,forse qualche guarnizione in più ci vorrebbe visto il prezzo(7 euro) ma il gelato devo dire che l'ho trovato molto buono.cremoso e gustoso.il servizio un po' anonimo.possono sicuramente migliorare.

The menu features a wide selection of ice cream cups of various types, we have tried three, the coppa love, sissi and the banana split. well-kept like cups, maybe a few more gaskets we would like to see the price (7 euros) but the ice cream I have to say I found it very good. creamy and tasty. the service a bit anonymous. They can certainly improve.

Sul servizio... Beh, la cameriera giovane è stata scortese nel prendere l'ordine (salutare è un optional? La chiamerei "educazione") ed alla richiesta dello scontrino (non pervenuto con il resto, nè con i gelati) si è mostrata più che irritata. Come se avessi chiesto un servizio extra.
Mai più.
Nothing to say about the ice cream, it was all good.
On the service ... Well, the young waitress was rude in taking the order (healthy is an optional? I would call it "education") and at the request for the receipt (not received with the rest, nor with the ice creams) she showed herself more than irritated. As if you asked for an extra service.
Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Croissant ottimi ma servizio pessimo e personale maleducato. Mezz’ora per prendere l’ordinazione e un’altra mezz’ora perché ci portassero colazione, dimenticando mezzo ordine.
Great croissants but bad service and rude staff. Half an hour to take the order and another half hour to bring us breakfast, forgetting half the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cibo niente male, servizio pessimo, dopo tre quarti d'ora di attesa per farsi prendere l'ordine ed altrettanti minuti di attesa per aspettare la roba, ci arriva l'ordine sbagliato con metà cose mancanti. Non tornerò anche perché la cameriera bionda è proprio scadente, scazzata e senza voglia di fare.
Not bad food, bad service, after three quarters of an hour of waiting to get the order and as many minutes of waiting to wait for the stuff, we get the wrong order with half missing things. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gelateria, bar, caffetteria nella media del litorale. Personale non troppo gentile, distanziamento sociale mantenuto anche se non viene sanificato quasi nulla. Abbiamo preso un succo, due caffe ed erano buoni, la brioche vuota invece era insapore. Totale 6.50 €....prezzo giusto
Ice cream shop, bar, café in the middle of the coast. Staff not too kind, social distancing maintained even if almost nothing is sanitized. We had a juice, two coffees and they were good, but the empty brioche was tasteless. Total € 6.50 .... fair price
