★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi pomeriggio mi reco nella filiale di Aci Sant'Antonio per richiedere un mio legittimo diritto e delle informazioni. La dipendente, ineducatamente e con fare nervoso mi ha lasciata dietro la porta e quindi dietro la vetrata di sicurezza in orario di apertura non chiedendomi se avessi un appuntamento ma dicendomi di telefonare per fissare un appuntamento perché la banca era chiusa . Non essendo la mia banca ho visto su internet che la filiale era regolarmente aperta e mi sono recata lì negli orari di lavoro previsti. Mi auguro che la direzione possa prenderne atto e visionare le immagini video e magari riprendere la gentilissima operatrice.
 This afternoon I go to the Aci Sant'Antonio branch to request my legitimate right and information. The employee, uneducated and nervously left me behind the door and then behind the security window during opening hours, not asking me if I had an appointment but telling me to call to make an appointment because the bank was closed. Not being my bank, I saw on the internet that the branch was regularly open and I went there during the scheduled working hours. I hope that the management can take note of it and view the video images and maybe shoot the very kind operator.
