Non appena giunto in filiale, pur essendo l'unico cliente presente in quel momento, nessuno ha avuto la premura di fornirmi indicazioni. Fortunatamente sono stato visibile solo agli occhi del vigilantes il quale molto gentilmente mi ha indicicato l'ufficio da raggiungere. Mi è stato fatto un preventivo per un mutuo in maniera grossolana e mi è stato lasciato il numero di cellulare diretto del consulente. Ho provato numerose volte a contattarlo ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta né tanto meno sono stato ricontattato. Alla fine mi sono affidato ad un'altra banca. Tutt'altra storia.

La signora della cassa è assolutamente incompetente, prima mi dà informazioni errate per poter erogare e incassare assegni, poi non mi ha consegnato il carnet degli assegni precedentemente richiesto on line, continuando a dire che lei doveva chiudere( mezz'ora dopo) e non sapeva trovate la mail. Inoltre il 24 dicembre, invece di chiudere alle 11,50 hanno chiuso 1 ora prima non facendo entrare nessuno. Pessima filiale

La risposta se sei fortunato è sempre la stessa " stiamo provvedendo". Ho provato diverse volte a segnalare il tutto al numero verde ma invano. Forse dimenticate un piccolo particolare che senza i nostro soldi, voi sareste a casa.....

L unico impegno riscontrato nelle 3 volte di mia necessità è stato unicamente quello di eludere la Richiesta in questione con scuse improponibili, quando io avevo preventivamente chiamato al numero unico e mi era stato specificato "eseguibile in qualsiasi filiale".
Spero vi chiudano presto che non avete motivo di esistere e vi mandino a Gaeta

Saying bad is a compliment for this branch. The only commitment encountered in the 3 times of my need was solely to evade the request in question with unacceptable excuses, when I had previously called the single number and was specified "executable in any branch".
I hope they close you soon that you have no reason to exist and send you to Gaeta
