Da notare che in questa macelleria non c'è la MACCHINA AFFETTATRICE, e dicendo questo oltre al fatto che la carne è proveniente dalla stalla di famiglia HO DETTO TUTTO!

Ed i comportamenti sono ancora un po' all'antica, loro comprano i vitellini li svezzano e li allevano fino alla macellazione con prodotti genuini. fanno degli ottimi preparati tipo involtini, salsicce, cotolette, falso magro, hamburger. Le due cose che a me piacciono tanto e che compro spesso sono la sappezzata nostrana e le fettine di capicollo che adoro. insomma lo consiglio
