Dopo la chiusura della Filiale di via Sant’Euplio ci si aspetterebbe un potenziamento delle altre filiali, invece alle casse c’è solo un’impiegata anche alquanto scortese. Una situazione di totale inciviltà oggi anche al supermercato sotto casa persone disabili e donne in attesa hanno la precedenza è impossibile che in una banca queste regole non vengano rispettate. Una volta le banche erano istituti superiori, oggi la qualità è uguale alle poste se non peggiore a volte. Il credito Siciliano aveva il pregio di essere un banco di piccolo medio calibro e quindi teoricamente meno lontano dalle richieste di efficienza e collaborazione al piccolo risparmiatore. Lo scellerato piano di contenimento dei costi ha determinato da un lato un risparmio per l'azienda dall'altro, dimenticando il gradimento della piccola clientela, dall'altro ha reso molto meno gradevole il contatto con il personale della filiale! In attesa di cambiare totalmente ( nella speranza di non cadere dalla,padella alla brace) istituto di credito, rimango ad imprecare ogni volta che ho bisogno di recarmi allo sportello. Non mi venite a parlare di covid.Praticamente se lavori tutte le mattine,non puoi andare in banca di pm, sei fregato.
