★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banca ? ,no per l "amor di dio ......non scherziamo , il supermercato che vado a comprare la frutta sono molto piu gentili e intelligenti di questi dementi ,ho portato via due conti correnti ,e mi chiedo ancora come ha potuto il mio destino farmi conoscere queste persone ,anni indietro avevano qualche bravo impiegato (Matteo ) ragazzo giovane che per sua fortuna è stato trasferito (lavorava nella sede di Canegrate prima che chiudeva)banca sconsigliata assolutamente,personale incompetente e demente (che fa pure rima) scusate l ironia ma vi assicuro che ero un discreto cliente, quello che mi fa strano è come sia possibile che in un istituto cosi importante possa essere gestito con una superficialità simile,sicuramente tutti raccoomandati chi ci lavora, bravi andate avanti cosi
 Bank? , no for god's sake ...... let's not joke, the supermarket I'm going to buy fruit are much kinder and more intelligent than these demented ones, I took away two current accounts, and I still wonder how the my destiny let me know these people, years back they had some good employee (Matteo) young boy who luckily was transferred (he worked in the Canegrate office before he closed) absolutely not recommended bank, incompetent and demented staff (which also rhymes) sorry irony but I assure you that I was a discreet customer, what makes me strange is how it is possible that in such an important institution it can be managed with a similar superficiality, surely everyone recommended those who work there, well go ahead like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anni fa avrei dato cinque stelle, ora purtroppo non c'è più attenzione per il cliente ed il personale è sempre ridotto all'osso. Si può e si dovrebbe fare di più anche tenendo presente che la concorrenza sul territorio è sempre molta.
Years ago I would have given five stars, now unfortunately there is no more attention for the customer and the staff is always reduced to the bone. More can and should be done, also keeping in mind that there is always a lot of competition in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se su internet riportate chiusura ore 16.15 uno si aspetta di poter entrare e versare un assegno arrivando alle 15.45 giusto? Invece mi sento rispondere che al venerdì pomeriggio si riceve solo su appuntamento...mahh!!
If on the internet you report closing at 4.15 pm one expects to be able to enter and pay a check arriving at 3.45 pm right? Instead, I hear the answer that on Friday afternoon we receive only by appointment ... mahh !!
