Questa banca non ha nessun fuoco sull'attenzione al cliente e non ha in piedi un sistema di qualitá.
Stesso tema affrontato da altra banca concorrente risolto in 24 ore con una semplice e-mail.
Months, many e-mails and several phone calls to have a very simple bank statement sent electronically.
This bank has no focus on customer care and does not have a quality system in place.
Same issue addressed by another competing bank resolved in 24 hours with a simple e-mail.
