★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognoso. Entri e chiedi info sul tuo cc radicato in quella sede e ti dicono che le procedure non lo consentono. Spieghi che hai bisogno di fare l'isee e ti serve il residuo del mutuo che hai con loro e ti ribadiscono che non riescono a saperlo e bisogna attendere fine marzo perché arriva la comunicazione cartacea a casa ma peccato che a me serve l'isee da gennaio x rinnovare dei benefici di cui godo ma che non posso avere perché le procedure non consentono loro dirmi quanto mutuo mi rimane.... Assurdo e vergognosi

L'altro è un incapace, sulla cinquantina, pochi capelli. Lo vedrei bene come bidello in qualche scuola, perché per antipatia e indisponenza è perfetto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo! Do una stella perché è il minimo che è possibile mettere. Concordato un appuntamento alle 9, arrivata lì, la persona che mi doveva seguire iniziava il turno alle 10.30. Dopo alcune lamentele, al banco mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero fatta seguire da un’altra persona. Ho finito, dopo varie sollecitazioni, dopo un’ora e mezza. Per mettere solamente alcune firme. Alla fine, ho chiesto di poter esprimere questi disagi al direttore della banca o al vice (entrambi presenti in loco), e mi hanno fatto parlare con una persona che non era, ovviamente, nè il direttore nè il vice. SERIETÀ e RISPETTO del tempo altrui pari a ZERO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno do 5 stelle perché in questa sede le persone che vi lavorano sono molto professionali ma soprattutto gentili e amichevoli, dalla sig. alla reception Allison Ferrari sempre con il sorriso alla sig. Daniela Serafin che ci ha seguito nella gestione del mutuo prima casa con gentilezza e simpatia, ed anche la sig. Anna Sessolo che ieri mentre usavo il PC a disposizione dei clienti le ho chiesto di controllare l'operazione che stavo effettuando e lei non solo mi ha corretto gli errori ma l'ha portata a termine, con un atteggiamento cordiale e professionale.
Un grazie a queste persone ed automaticamente a tutta la sede che lavora per i clienti facendoli sentire a proprio agio come a casa di amici.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibile! 1 ora è mezza che sono in fila in cassa. Una sola cassa aperta con 8 persone in fila quando sono entrato. Al momento me ne restano due davanti.
Meno male che con il covid bisognava velocizzare le permanenze nei luoghi chiusi.
Da evitare se possibile.
