Fatto i primi colloqui e portata tutta la documentazione necessaria (prima di natale con scadenza delibera entro il 20/01). Tutto in regola, tutto a posto. Idonei secondo lo sportellista che segue le pratiche mutui. inoltrata la pratica, arriva la risposta il 16/01 con negata delibera causa contratto di apprendistato (accompagnato da lettera di intenti) di uno dei due. Contratto che in altri istituti di credito non ho riscontrato creare problemi. BNL aveva il tasso molto più vantaggioso rispetto alla concorrenza, ma accortezza verso il cliente 0! È stata tutta una enorme perdita di tempo per tutti. Bad experience with mortgage application first home. Sono stato preso in giro per 3 MESI per una richiesta di mutuo e alla fine non ho avuto neanche una risposta, neanche negativa. Seguito malissimo da chi doveva portare avanti la pratica(a questo punto penso che non se ne sia proprio interessato), ogni volta che lo chiamavo al telefono la risposta standard era "sto inserendo adesso la pratica, un paio di giorni e festeggiamo" con l'unico risultato di aver perso l'occasione di acquistare un immobile e fare una pessima figura con i venditori. Se questo è il modus operandi di questa banca vi do un consiglio :STATENE ALLA LARGA, qualsiasi altra banca ma non QUESTA, a meno che non vogliate essere presi in giro e fare brutte figure. Anche il sistema automatico è curioso: chiede di scegliere una data per l'appuntamento, ma il riscontro (in cui chiede nuovamente dati già inseriti) arriva il giorno dopo quello scelto...

Dopo aver preparato tutte le carte per la richiesta di mutuo mi viene detto di aspettare l'ok per poter procedere (a loro dire si poteva fare tranquillamente).. Sto aspettando la chiamata da un anno.. Fortuna che ho inquadrato subito la situazione da subito poco seria e mi sono rivolto ad un altra banca. Crazy teasing ... 4 appointments with 3-hour waits each because they are always late ..
