★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima banca, la peggiore che abbia mai avuto. A cominciare dal bancomat, sempre scarico o fuori servizio, per continuare all'interno dove c'è un solo un cassiere. Non rispondono mai al telefono, le pratiche ci vogliono mesi per venirne a capo. Nessuna risposta nemmeno a PEC. Per quanti stanno pensando di aprire un conto presso la CREDEM: lo sconsiglio vivamente! Altrimenti: buona fortuna.
Bad bank, the worst I've ever had. Starting from the ATM, always unloaded or out of service, to continue inside where there is only one cashier. They never answer the phone, it takes months to get through the paperwork. No response even to PEC. For those who are thinking of opening an account with CREDEM: I strongly advise against it! Otherwise: good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due mesi e mezzo fa ho dovuto bloccare la carta di credito per sospetta clonazione; la sostitutiva avrebbe dovuto arrivare in filiale entro 10 giorni lavorativi,ne sono passati 50 e ad oggi non sanno ancora dirmi quando me la consegneranno. Neanche nel terzo mondo, cambierò istituto di credito.
Two and a half months ago I had to block my credit card on suspicion of cloning; the replacement should have arrived at the branch within 10 working days, 50 have passed and today they still can't tell me when they will deliver it to me. Not even in the third world, I will change the credit institution.
