Pagamenti da conto corrente automatici che saltano (Sky/palestra/rate) e tu ad impazzire con mille bollettini, a chiamare per non fare figuracce!
Non esiste il cambio banca.
Mi manca la Cassa di Risparmio di Cento MAI avuto un problema!!!

Io non so se dopo la fusione la direzione della vecchia crcento di via Bologna è cambiata, ma a parte i dipendenti che cercano in tutte le maniere di dare un ottimo servizio non posso dire altrettanto della direttrice. Mi ha preso in appuntamento perché avevo molta urgenza per un mutuo dicendomi che mi avrebbe fatto sapere qualcosa in un paio di giorni… sono passate settimane e ancora non so niente e ovviamente la casa è stata venduta. Probabilmente se chiedevo un mutuo da 300000€ mi avrebbero richiamata. Questa è la tua nuova banca… differente. VOTO ZERO
