Posso solo dire che sono lentissimi, i risultati che attendevo (con ansia) entro 24/48 ore non sono ancora arrivati, nonostante di ore ne siano passate 50. Nessuna risposta al telefono, né alle mail (pec) inviate. Almeno spero che, se mai arriveranno, i risultati siano corretti. Sinceramente non sto tranquilla e non mi ci rivolgerò mai più. Le receptioniste erano più attente a mostrarsi ai pazienti maschi, indossando il camice aperto x far vedere le loro grazie, piuttosto che fare il.loro dovere di assistenti. Costi eccessivi per il servizio che " non danno". Considerando che la struttura è privata mi aspettavo professionalità, accuratezza e cortesia. Consiglio: personale professionale, maturo e più cortese che sappia svolgere il ruolo delicato a cui è preposto. Le receptionistepoco esperte non risultano essere adatte ad un ruolo così delicato. Personale veloce, gentile e professionale, analisi arrivate in 24h via mail. Great experience, no problems encountered; although for very variable working hours I went outside the hours I had an appointment at, I didn't have any hitch. Fast, polite and professional staff, analyzes arrived in 24 hours by mail.

Mi serviva un semplice dosaggio della vitamina D, l’operatore al telefono, consultandosi con qualcuno di più esperto, mi assicura che ci volevano solo 4-5 ore per svolgere l’esame e dunque sarebbe stato pronto nel pomeriggio, se facevo il prelievo entro le 10. Una volta sul posto, circa 09.30, faccio il prelievo ma sbagliano a compilare il mio indirizzo email nell’anagrafica e lo faccio presente, altrimenti non avrei ricevuto il referto. Nel pomeriggio controllo la posta ma nulla; verso le 16 chiamo per avere notizie e non risponde nessuno, anche se il laboratorio chiude alle 18. La mattina seguente richiamo per spiegazioni e l’operatrice stavolta argomenta che per il dosaggio della vitamina D ci vuole un giorno intero, però avrebbe comunque cercato informazioni sul mio esame: a quel punto “cade la linea” e non c’è stato più modo di parlarci!!! Sto ancora aspettando il risultato dopo 2 giorni e credo dovrò tornarci di persona…. MAI PIÙ AL CRABION Bad service! Ho spiegato le mie problematiche e hanno risolto portando a termine l'esame senza se e senza ma. Clean tidy with ample parking outside, nurses and friendly staff put you at ease. In questa clinica si paga ma è possibile non ricevere il green pass. A differenza di altri posti dove anche con un grande carico di lavoro il green pass arriva sempre in mezz'ora al massimo. Un eliminacode all'ingresso evita da subito gli assembramenti e si sale al piano superiore solo quando esce la propria lettera (che indica la tipologia di prestazione richiesta) e il proprio numero progressivo. I prezzi sono modici e la qualità dei servizi eccellente. Anche gli orari (dalle 7.30 in poi) agevolano gli impegni dei lavoratori. A perto anche il sabato con prelievi sino alle 11.00 e a partire dalle 7.45. Excellent I would say ... very fast both in withdrawals and in the electronic submission of results.
